For my prototype I had to work with materials I had at home thanks to the inclement weather. As such it's far below the quality level of a final book, but it's purpose was to get an idea of size and proportion, while also figuring out my assembly methods.
What I'm pleased with is that almost all of my construction methods I initially had worked out well. However cardboard didn't allow me the ability to three dimensionally shape my book as the final wooden pages will, thus my prototype only conveys methods, and not the whole feeling and complexity that the final result will embody.
